Privacy Policy

What We Don't Collect

Erawan is built on the principle that the less we know about you, the safer you are. We do not collect:

  • Browsing logs — we don't record the sites or services you visit.
  • Traffic logs — we don't inspect, log, or retain the content of your connection.
  • Personal identity — we don't require your name, email, or phone number to use the app.

What The App Uses

To operate the service, the app uses a small set of technical identifiers:

  • A random device UUID, generated on first launch, used in place of any personal account.
  • An app token, used to authenticate your device against our API.
  • Server selection, the server you're connected to or have chosen manually.
  • Connection metadata, such as session start/end times, needed to keep the service running and to detect abuse.

Payments

Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your card details — Google handles payment information directly under its own privacy policy.

How We Use Connection Data

Connection metadata is used solely to operate the service: routing your session, balancing load across servers, and keeping the network healthy. We do not build profiles of your activity, and we do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Data Retention

We retain connection metadata only for as long as needed to operate and troubleshoot the service, after which it is deleted. We do not keep a permanent record of your sessions.

Third Parties

We share data with a limited set of third parties, only as needed to run Erawan:

  • Google Play Billing — for processing premium payments.
  • Our VPN servers — which route your encrypted, obfuscated traffic.

Children's Privacy

Erawan is not directed at, and should not be used by, children under the age of 13.

Security

Your connection is protected using WireGuard and AmneziaWG cryptographic protocols, which encrypt your traffic end-to-end between your device and our servers.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
